We thank you for visiting our web site and for your interest in our Classic Car Insurance Programs. We offer six different programs to fit your needs. Some of the criteria to be considered eligible are:

• Vehicle is in locked garage when not in use
• Annual mileage limitations or 1,000 or 3,000 & 6000 (Except Exotics)
• Usage limited to pleasure driving, show and club/hobby activities. Not to go to work or run errands
• No racing (Race coverage is available)
• Operators must be age 26 or can be excluded from coverage
• Must have a daily driver car also

To help us complete your application and to get your coverage bound quickly, please send the following to us:

• Completed and signed application (signature required)
• Full annual premium (check payable to Smith Insurance Agency)
• Photos showing all four sides of the auto (no Polaroids)
• On Custom/Street Rods, we need engine and interior photos also
• Signed driver exclusions for all household drivers under age 26
• Copy of your regular use vehicle Declaration Page (not your classic car insurance and not an ID card)
• Photo of garage if vehicle is kept away from home

If we do not receive all of the above items in our office, it is not possible to process your application nor to bind the coverage. There is no coverage in effect until you receive evidence from our office.
