Elite Collectors Program
A True Collector Car Product
Today, there are a number or programs claiming to insure
collectible cars, but most have age limitations and
strict rules about vehicle modification. Unfortunately
for most car enthusiasts, these programs have failed
to recognize that collectible cars come in all varieties,
from the perfectly restored antique, to the new high
performance exotic. These owner's are dedicated to caring
for and protecting their autos. American Modern Insurance
Group is different. We recognize the nature of the individual
car owner, not just the year the car was built. For
that reason, we offer the Elite Collector Program.
Coverage is available for all types of collectible cars
which are appreciating in value and have not been mechanically
altered. In addition, coverage is available for certain
mechanically altered vehicles such as Street Rods and
Customs.
Physical Damage Coverage may be available for a variety
of additional vehicle types, subject to underwriting
approval.
Three mileage plans are available: 1000, 3000 & 6000
mile plans are available for street rods and customs.
The plan anticipates that the vehicles are fully restored
and used mainly for club or show activities and minimal
pleasure use. Normal daily use is not covered. In addition, coverage
is not intended for timed or racing events of any type.
All vehicles insured under the program should be stored
in a fully enclosed garage overnight and only left unattended
when absolutely necessary.
Protection under the plan includes liability, medical
payments, uninsured motorists, comprehensive and collision
Coverages. No-fault coverage is available in those states
where required. In addition, valuation of the vehicle
on an "agreed value" basis is available.

Eligibility
Any vehicle used for general transportation is not eligible. Proof of another regular use
vehicle is required for each driver in the household. All modifications or alterations to
vehicles must be fully documented.
Eligible drivers will have 10 years driving experience and a clean driving record with no more
than 1 accident or violation in the last 3 years. There may be no more then 3 violations in
the last 5 years for an entire household.
All applications are subject to approval by designated agents and
American Modern Insurance Group.
